Cindy Bamburg
President
Cindy Bamburg earned her pharmacy degree from Northeast Louisiana University in 1979. She is registered to practice pharmacy in Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Cindy is the owner of Ocean Springs Discount Pharmacy, which she and her late husband opened in November 2006. She served on the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for two five-year terms. Throughout her career, Cindy managed hospital pharmacies as the Regional Pharmacy Director
for Principle Pharmacy Group, overseeing up to eleven pharmacies and ensuring regulatory compliance. In the last fourteen years of her career, she served as Director of Pharmacy at Merit Health and was promoted to Chief Quality Officer in 2021 before retiring in 2023. Cindy continues to work part-time in her pharmacy and volunteers with Saint Vincent dePaul Community Pharmacy in Biloxi.
Cindy’s commitment to community service extends to her active involvement with Camp Wilkes, Inc., where she supports its mission of providing a space for youth, families, and organizations to connect with nature. As a longtime advocate for Camp Wilkes, she contributes to its ongoing growth and success. Cindy is also a member of the Biloxi Lions Club, MidSouth Lions Club, Mississippi Independent Pharmacists Association, Mississippi Pharmaceutical Association, and
Mississippi Society of Health System Pharmacists.

Gerald Gardner
Treasurer
Gerald (Jerry) Gardner was born and raised in Laurel, Mississippi. He served 21 years on active duty in the Air Force and followed that with 31 years in Civil Service. Jerry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi. Now retired, he devotes his time to The Biloxi Lions Club, helping with Camp Wilkes, and staying involved with his church. His love for service makes these nonprofits a perfect match for his dedication to helping others.

Jerry and his wife Karen have been married for 35 years. Together, they have 4 children and 8 grandchildren, all living locally. The couple enjoys traveling, exploring different parts of the U.S. and abroad, with a particular fondness for cruising.
Rev. Elijah Mitchell
Ex-Officio
Rev. Elijah Mitchell, serving as Ex-Officio for Camp Wilkes, brings over 23 years of pastoral experience and a deep dedication to community service. As the Executive Director of Seashore Mission and Chair of Trustees at Seashore Assembly, Elijah has made significant contributions by supporting the homeless community and fostering a nurturing Christian environment for spiritual growth. His leadership has touched countless lives, offering hope and guidance where it’s needed most.

Beyond his pastoral duties, Elijah’s missionary work in Europe and his involvement with civic organizations like the Biloxi Lions Club reflect his broad commitment to service. Whether revitalizing congregations or guiding community initiatives, his impact extends far and wide. Elijah continues to inspire others through his compassionate leadership and unwavering dedication to uplifting those around him.
